SNICKER DOODLE SMOOTHIE

The importance of a morning routine is priceless. The way you start your mornings go can easily set the tone for the rest of your day. These days turn into weeks, then months, and years. You really don’t see the value of your morning routine until you slip out of it.


Over the past few months I have allowed myself to slip in and out of my morning routine. The difference in the quality of my days when I stick to my routine are significant. I’ll be sharing my morning routine with you guys Wednesday on my Instagram! Make sure you tune in.


Today I have a ridiculously smpl and delicious smoothie recipe to share. I start every day with one of my various smoothie recipes which all include my favorite plant based protein powder. I typically drink this right when I get to work or if I am doing intermittent fasting, I will drink it around 11am!


INGREDIENTS

8-12oz unsweetend almond or coconut milk

½ frozen banana

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 scoop vanilla protein (Here's my fave)

Dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Blend and enjoy.
