Successful coaching stems from honesty. A big part of this is working together to help bring awareness to current habits and lifestyle factors. Expect to form a relationship with your coach through phone, video chat, or in-person conversations (if local). Coaching packages range from mini hyper coaching (initial consult + 3 sessions) to long term ongoing coaching. We even offer guidance through a10-day take over called Shred10. We find it easiest to conduct coaching sessions via Skype, FaceTime, or in person if you are local! Phone and email/text options are also available.
